These terms would govern use of openhost.sh — a platform for launching isolated, disposable microVM sandboxes to run AI-agent-generated code — once reviewed and adopted. Nothing on this page is currently a binding agreement between you and openhost.sh.
openhost.sh provisions short-lived sandboxes via a third-party microVM provider, offers a free plan (one concurrent sandbox, capped runtime) and a paid plan (higher concurrency, longer configurable runtime, up to a platform-wide safety ceiling), and stores account/workspace data via Supabase and billing data via Stripe. The service is under active development; features, limits, and pricing may change.
See the separate Acceptable Use Policy (also a draft) for what's disallowed on the platform.
You're responsible for what runs inside sandboxes launched under your account. Saved provider API keys are encrypted at rest; see the Privacy Policy draft for how account and usage data is handled.
Placeholder — standard "as is," no-warranty, and liability-limitation language belongs here once drafted by counsel. Do not treat the absence of specific terms here as an absence of risk.
Placeholder — a real terms document needs a real change-notification process (e.g. advance notice for material changes). Not defined yet.
For now, see Security for a security-specific contact point. A general legal/support contact is not yet published.
